Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Legal Marketing Coordinator to join the team in New Haven, CT. The position is hybrid and based 2-3 days on site. They offer excellent benefits, including generous PTO and 401k!

Job Details

• Prepare and proofread RFPs, presentations, pitches, and other documents
• Update marketing materials and legal directory submissions
• Develop intranet content for internal employee engagement
• Prepare and distribute internal and external newsletters and other communications
• Support business development efforts by performing market research
• Provide marketing support to Special Interest Groups
• Manage and organize experience lists
• Assist with event coordination as needed
• Salary: $65-75k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-4 years’ Marketing experience at a law firm or other professional services firm
• Must have excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Must be tech savvy and experienced in CRMs and social media marketing
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
• Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
