King's Insurance Staffing LLC is Hiring a Reinsurance Operations Specialist Near Phoenix, AZ
- Handle the application of cash recoveries on reinsurance invoices, assessing and identifying potential discrepancies or errors, and providing effective solutions.
- Manage the administration of reinsurance treaties and facultative placements, including data entry, premium calculations, and claims processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reinsurance bordereaux and other required reports to reinsurers.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all reinsurance transactions and communications.
- Reconcile reinsurance accounts, including premiums, commissions, and claims recoveries.
- 2 years' experience in reinsurance operations within the insurance industry.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables) including database management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of reinsurance concepts, treaties, and facultative placements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- $65,000 to $75,000 annual based salary
- Flex schedule and ability to work remotely
