Job Description:

As a Used Car Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles to potential customers. You will provide exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships with clients, and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and present the features and benefits of various vehicles
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
• Follow up with potential and previous customers to build relationships and close sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Assist with the preparation and processing of sales documents
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Valid driver’s license
