Job Details
Essential Duties of theCybersecurity Operations Manager:
- Manage adoption and compliance with cybersecurity processes, procedures, and policies.
- Continuously assess the organization's security posture, report findings, make recommendations, implement agreed recommendations, and monitor processes.
- Identify, assess, and monitor areas of risk as it relates to data protection, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to manage the identifying and responding to cyber threats within the network.
- 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and project management.
- B.S. or M.S. in Cybersecurity or related field
- Deep understanding of mechanics of threat hunting and incident response.
- Certifications such as: CISSB, CISM, CTPRP
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- $150,000 - $185,000 (based on experience)
- 2-3 days remote per week
- Medical, Dental, 401k matching, PTO, paid holidays
