Regenesis Performance is looking for an Office Assistant (MA or CNA preferred) flexible to work both as a MA and a receptionist when needed at our current office. The ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing member of the team who has a positive infectious personality. Clear and effective communication is a cornerstone of this position requiring the balance of assertiveness delivered in a polite respectful tone when necessary. The qualified candidate must bring a level of excellence, medical knowledge, and compassion while delivering a level of professionalism that promotes confidence in the experience from the initial patient call through the end of every office visit. All interactions with our patients should solidify trust in the relationships we establish with our patients and our community.

Duties include greeting patients, accurately inputting data of vital information, answering phones, taking accurate messages, making appointments and other general medical reception duties. Medical office experience is preferred. Computer and multi-line telephone experience is required, and other duties as assigned.
