AK building Services is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Miami, FL
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Scheduled time - 7:00a - 4:00p - Mon - Fri
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as Maintenance worker
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Integrity
