Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our dental team. There are two office locations, one located in Brooklyn, 11229 and Astoria, 11103. The individual must be able to work at both locations. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and hygienists in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in dental terminology, as well as experience with various dental procedures.

There are two office locations:

Tuesdays and Thursdays (Astoria, 11103): 9:00am-7:00pm

Every other Wednesday (Alternate between Brooklyn, 11229 and Astoria, 11103): 9:00am-5:00pm

Fridays (Brooklyn, 11229): 12:00pm-7:00pm

Duties:
- Assist dentists and hygienists with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Ability to take X-rays to capture detailed images of patients' teeth and mouths.
- Sterilization of dental equipment and instruments using autoclave.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including assisting with cleaning and disinfecting dental equipment and rooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental environment.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Dental Assisting Experience, Minimum Two years.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
