Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Advisor to assist the Service Manager in the daily operations and service ticket

preparation for The Key located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

● Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment,

including deductibles

● Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates, and expected return of vehicle; obtaining

customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering

questions and concerns

● Preparation and processing of service tickets

● Assist service manager in decision making based on problem as requested

● Solve problems that occur after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction

● Communicate with vendors to ensure inventory moves back and forth from dealers

● Prepare for transport of cars, establish relations with service writers at other dealers

● Determine the most cost effective method of parts purchasing

● Timely processing of vendor invoices

● In the absence of Service Manager help keep open communication between sales and service,

and keep cars moving from techs to sales

● Other duties may as assigned.

Qualifications:

● Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years of

related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
