Senior Tax Manager
Our Dallas Texas firm is on a quest for a highly experienced tax CPA with 9 years of experience looking to escape the high pressure and political environment of a larger firm and seeking to join a collaborative and supportive CPA firm. Are you looking for more control over your life? We focus on domestic and international business tax advisory and compliance services along with select high net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate has a thirst for knowledge and expanding their scope of experience and practice. They want to learn something new every day. They are looking to make a difference in our clients' lives as well as their own. The candidate also desires to be a partner within a short time to further enhance their earning potential and quality of life. The candidate also needs the spirit of an entrepreneur required of an owner of a successful professional business.
We structure staff workloads to be 50 hours or less during February thru April and maintain 40-hour work weeks the rest of the year. We emphasize continuing education as a path to further professional development.
Interpersonal skills in managing staff, communicating with clients and developing future clients is a must. We offer and strongly support the opportunity for personal and professional growth and expanding or developing your own practice areas of interest.
Salary commensurate with experience - 100% medical paid.
