JOB DESCRIPTION

Carrco is looking for a marketing coordinator to assist the Director of Business Development and management team to maintain branding standards, promote Carrco through social media, website, and other digital platforms, raise brand awareness in the construction industry, and assist all team members with sales and business development goals. Carrco has a culture of trust, connectivity, and belonging. A marketing coordinator must practice and promote our culture values and mission to better serve our clients and team members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Write, edit, proofread, and design marketing material for brand consistency.

· Work with management, business development, and project managers on any marketing needs they may have.

· Design layouts and generate graphic designs for marketing materials. 

· Keep marketing materials up to date.

· Create and post social media content.

· Schedule and take jobsite photos.

· Maintain database information is up to date for both traditional mailings and email campaigns. 

· Develop and design traditional mailings and email campaigns – holiday card, marketing campaigns, etc.

· Prepare general information packets. 

· Write copy for award submittals.

· Identify ideas for articles and awards to apply for, etc.

· Coordinate event details with clients, vendors, and Carrco team members to execute event planning.

· Coordinate with vendors for branded product purchases.

· Ensure events and products maintain brand consistency and quality.

· Participate in strategic marketing and sales meetings.

· Regular website maintenance

· Maintain accurate record keeping and budgets.

· Make decisions based on goals and budgetary needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/KEY SKILLS

· 2-3 years marketing experience

· Outstanding communication and networking skills.

· Excellent eye for photography and design.

· Curiosity towards the latest social media trends and marketing tactics.

· Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.

· Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

· Detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate.

· Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team-based environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred but not required.

· 2 years of Social Media Management experience.

· Experience in construction industry marketing.
