Together the Cogent companies provide best-in-class water and waste water process solutions and technical services.
Our Water Technology Group, located in Denver, CO is currently looking for a confident and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will sell aftermarket products and solutions to customers within a defined established territory and will require strong technical, communication and decision-making skills. We are passionate about helping customers and the communities where we live and work and pride ourselves on being respected, innovative leaders in our industry.

Skills & Requirements

Your Responsibilities:
•Analyze customers' requirements and engages in consultative selling with clients.
•Provide value-added services and products to solve customer problems.
•Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
•Maintain great partner relationship with key manufacturers and vendors to achieve product quotas.
•Work with Cogent's engineering and procurement divisions for specification review, interpretations and quotation preparation.
•Work closely with Inside Sales team to determine essential strategic approaches for sales at strategic customers.
•Complete, review and communicate required internal sales documentation.
•Identifying target prospects and creating strategic action plans to turn prospects into customers.
