- Troubleshoot software installation issues.
- Perform problem root cause analysis.
- SSL certification creation via digicert and installation on various web or application servers.
- Assist in creation and update of techinical documenation.
- Assist in process impovement.
- Day to day operational task for Axway SecureTransport File Transfer system.(create,update,troubleshoot and remove accounts as needed)
- Assist in vulnerability mitigation for various application installations.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- 60 Months experience of various hardware experience in Linux,AIX and Windows Server.
- 60 Months experience of Installation and configuration experience in various 3rd party applications.
- 60 Months experience of mitigating security vulnerabilities.
- 60 Months experience in Technical Documentation
- 60 Months experience with SSL certs, PKI intermediate and root certificate authorities
