Job Overview:
Automotive Sales Consultant - full time. We are seeking a hard-working, team player. Base pay plus commission and bonuses with benefits. Previous sales experience is a plus but not necessary. Opportunity to sell new Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, as well as a versatile selection of used vehicle inventory.
Responsibilities would include:
· Understand buyer’s needs and interests, then assist in matching to the appropriate vehicle.
· Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices.
· Demonstrate vehicle features, and take customers on test drives.
· Maintain rapport with previous customers, and suggesting trade-ins.
· Understand automobile characteristics, capabilities, and features.
· Participate in educational opportunities
· Assist with moving the lot for winter snow removal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
