2-3 Month Contract Assignment
TempExperts is seeking a Service Administrator to join an established and growing company in Aynor, SCfor an assignment to last 2 months.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with customer service needs including scheduling, updates on services, service needs, updates and follow up
- Opening and closing of work orders including appraisal and repair work.
- Delivered of new equipment.
- Managing work process to meet schedules and deadlines.
- Assist in scheduling shop assignments, work orders, field service function, and delivery of vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years experience scheduling services or a combination of education or experience.
- Strong MS Office knowledge, with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook required.
- Experience or knowledge working with industrial equipment, such as construction or forestry equipment is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
