Genesis10 is Hiring a Sr Program Manager Near Addison, TX
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Senior Leadership Teams across the organization
- Coordinate change management with tenured members of the team
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations
- Communicate the target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of the program
- Ensure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost
- Manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners
- Determine the strategic approach to obtain stakeholder objectives and requirements
- Identify risks/dependencies that are not easily evident
- Define controls needed to resolve/mitigate
- Facilitate activities with stakeholders adjusting investments to continually align with business value Address change across entire value stream
- Drive adoption and continually improves processes in the software lifecycle across teams
- Project Management Experience with very large projects
- Change Management
- Ability to set financial budgets and plans at the portfolio level to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals
- Subject matter expert understanding of products and services within their business line and in comparable industry organizations
- Implement operating model within their area and influences continuous improvement
- Knowledge of software development but has not been involved in hands on application development/coding
- General awareness of testing practices but has not involved in hands on testing
- Define governance policies, standards and tools for the organization or line of business
