DescriptionResults monitoring and cost analysis
Monitor and interpret the results obtained according to the strategic and operational objectives (financial and qualitative performance) set by management.
Analyze, by type of activity, the costs of products or services and expenses, measure and monitor the gaps in results and the risks induced in relation to forecast objectives.
Translate, into business language, numerical data (turnover, net accounting profit, profitability rate, return on investment, working capital requirement) and qualitative data.
Evaluate the relevance of strategies, procedures, management tools (PGI) and steering (KPI key performance indicators, results dashboards) and their implementation.
Budget forecasting and planningExercise periodic budgetary control: collect and synthesize budgetary data for the various activities, analyze and anticipate budgetary discrepancies, and monitor their evolution.
Develop short-term (new spending commitments, budgetary compliance) and medium-term (forecasting financing needs) budget planning.
Establish forecast budgets and anticipate future results.
Build forecast activity plans, annual budgetary performance objectives (expense control).
Participation in accounting closingsStudy and validate general and analytical accounting data, carry out their overall analysis (provisions, costs, cash flow)
Perform reconciliations between accounting statements and dashboards.
Monitor the income statement and balance sheet account, including one-off expenses.
Alert operational staff in the event of budget overruns.
Manage inventory control: analyze inventory and variations during monthly closings
Monitoring of management reportingPeriodically ensure the communication and presentation of financial and management information.
Produce detailed activity reports and results dashboards.
Write economic analyzes and forecasts, summaries on budgetary management.
Develop estimated long-term financial statements, based on the results of activities.
Proposed corrective measures
Collaborate with managers and operational staff to determine areas of optimization, define budgetary and qualitative optimization solutions (CSR).

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Controller / Accounting Manager experience:
- Cost analysis, budgeting/forecasting/planning, closings, management reporting, consolidated financial statement preparations
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with an international company preferred
- Oracel preferred
