System Admin II
Job Overview: IDS System Admin II is a pivotal role within the IT/IDS department, tasked with both hands-on system administration and leading IT/IDS initiatives in mergers and acquisitions. The candidate is expected to have a profound understanding of modern infrastructure technologies, system administration, cybersecurity, and experience in managing projects related to mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration.
· Proven experience in managing IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
· Strong knowledge of modern IT infrastructure technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools.
· Advanced understanding of cybersecurity, including network security, IAM, endpoint security, and encryption technologies.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in project management.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CISM).
· Experience in an enterprise-level organization.
