GHC-Living is a premier property management company with a portfolio of over 150 residential units. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional living experiences for our residents through outstanding property maintenance, excellent customer service, and continuous improvements.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee the operations of our 150-unit property. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, specifically with extensive experience in overseeing renovations and property improvements. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage daily operations, ensure high occupancy rates, and maintain the overall quality of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Coordinate and manage property renovations and upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain high occupancy rates through effective marketing and resident retention strategies.
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and safe for all residents.
  • Handle tenant complaints, service requests, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
  • Prepare and manage the property’s budget, including financial reporting and expense control.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
  • Supervise and train on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management.
  • Proven experience in managing property renovations and improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
  • Property Management Certification (CPM, CAM, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
