Location: Alameda, CA - 94502
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM
- 100% Onsite role.
- Open to National search (relocation at open expense)
- Work on activities related with regulatory compliance, product launch, end of life and maintenance of products.
- This person will provide organizational support, work directly with the hiring manager and project specialists.
- Coordinating, driving and tracking internal reviews, approvals and inputs across cross functional teams such as regulatory R&D artwork and labeling, development quality.
- Must have experience in coordinating and executing project activities.
- Responsible for issuing Engineering Changes (ECs) and modifying Bill of Materials (BOMs) in Agile ERP change management system for materials, components and products. Candidate must have previous experience in performing this kind of work.
- Experience and knowledge of labeling, packaging, regulatory compliance, barcodes.
- Coordinate UDI (Unique Device Identifier) data collection in Agile ERP system and global databases to support UDI compliance requirements.
- Updating data records and country database with inactivating and obsoleting end of life SKUs
- Background in manufacturing/operation is preferred but not required.
- Softwares skills: Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Outlook.
- Ability in scheduling teams, messaging teams, conducting virtual meetings: being able to set them up, create them, manage them, interact with them.
- Strong proofreading ability and attention to detail.
- Bachelors required (Engineering degree)
- 2 to 3 years of experience as Project Coordinator/Manager.
- Phone screening followed by panel video interview.
