Robert Half is searching for a highly coordinated, effective and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator. This position needs to work hand-in-hand with the head of the recruitment division to arrange an extensive volume of fast-paced interviews across all departments, maintaining a candidate-centric approach. The role necessitates knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably ADP Workforce Now (WILL TRAIN), and experience in onboarding new recruits. This role is 100% fully onsite in Alameda, CA, free parking available.Description:Serve as the primary contact for welcoming new hires, including contractors and consultants, and assisting them with their queries throughout the orientation.Contribute to administering the Employee Engagement Survey and prepare corresponding statistics and reports.Provide administrative support and coordinate internal communications for People Operations.Monitor the HR Systems slack channel ensuring prompt responses.Aid in maintaining HRIS and other database records, including but not restricted to new hires, terminations, and other status changes.Participate in various ad hoc projects and conduct required reporting.Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all other standards.Collaborate with recruitment team to schedule interviews for priority roles throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a remarkable candidate experience.Work hand-in-hand with the recruitment team to enhance existing processes, create and launch innovative strategies for talent acquisition.Track interview activities of all candidates and take charge of communications.Ensure timely and accurate data input across all applicant tracking systems and documents.Demonstrated willingness to conduct preliminary phone screen interviews if required.
