Job Description:

We are seeking Personal Trainers who are not only passionate about individual coaching but also thrive in a team environment. Our ideal candidates possess a high level of hospitality, kindness, and integrity. As part of our team, you'll have access to a wealth of knowledge to assist you in programming for private clients (1:1), while also collaborating on weekly programming for POD Personal Training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Collaborate with the program director to finalize programming for POD team training sessions
• Track client progress, personal records (PRs), and maintain detailed training notes
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of gym equipment area
• Participate in team meetings to provide exceptional customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Personal Training Certification or equivalent degree
• Personal Training Experience 2yrs
• Some group training experience is ideal
• A supporting standard of personal fitness and nutrition with the ability to perform the exercises that we also coach.
