Seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant for a Mid-Size Company.
This position will report to the Accounting/Payroll Manager. NO RECRUITERS!
Responsibilities:
Entering A/P invoices, Processing remote deposits, running department reports per locations (4), Check reports for accuracy, Assist with confirming timecard punches.
As needed duties:
Twice weekly, enter Orgill invoices.
Order office and breakroom as needed from Staples.
Weekly print schedules for posting.
At the end of month, check Cintas app for invoices we have not received.
Third week of month, box previous months reports and label box.
Last day of the month print complete Loomis report.
Various other duties assisting manager.
Qualifications
2 Years previous accounting experience required, Attention to detail, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work independently, DEPENDABLALITY A MUST!
Some college preferred, but not required with good experience.
