Empyrean Hospice hires Bereavement Coordinators to plan, implement, and maintain a bereavement program to meet the needs of families / caregivers from Empyrean Hospice following the death of the individual hospice patient.
Salary or hourly rate listed is the base for this role; increase commensurate with experience.

Position Qualifications
Master's degree in social work with qualifications of experienced clinical grief counseling.
