Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Utilize effective communication skills to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of technical sales or jewelry sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 29 per week
