- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in the state of practice - Proficiency in ICD-9 coding and documentation - Experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management - Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient conditions - Familiarity with ER procedures and protocols - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred Skills: - Experience in memory care units or geriatric nursing - Proficiency in IV infusion therapy - Knowledge of sterile processing techniques - Understanding of specimen collection processing Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients!
