This role is pivotal in ensuring project managers across different divisions have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their responsibilities successfully. Your Role:

As a Project Manager Trainer, you will develop and deliver high-quality training programs for project managers across various government agencies. Working closely with stakeholders, you will design training materials, facilitate training sessions, and ensure that project managers are prepared to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive modules, tailored to the specific needs of project managers, schedulers, and project delivery teams.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars on project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with client standards.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create effective and impactful training experiences.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to project managers, offering guidance on project management techniques and strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving training programs based on results.
• Maintain meticulous records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management training, incorporating relevant advancements into training programs.
