Property Maintenance Technician
AAMCI is hiring a Lead Maintenance employee to join our team at a 56-unit Senior/Disabled community in Alderson, WV.
Full time position Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Starting at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, On call premium.
The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
This position participates in on-call emergency for evening, weekends, and Holidays, and pays a premium rate of pay for each call out.
AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.

Qualifications necessary for success:
Are you mechanically inclined, reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn? Could you work well as part of a property management team? Are you attentive to safety? If yes, you might just be perfect for this residential handyman position!
