Project Manager – Custom Home Builder
We Search People are currently working with a high end luxury custom home builder who are looking for a Project Manager to be based in Aldie, VA.
Our client have an excellent reputation in high end custom home builds. They have extensive experience in design, project planning, and construction execution for custom homes.
This is a permanent staff position with genuine career progression opportunities.
About The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will have a good understanding of high end luxury custom builds, efficient project management and positive relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Have a good level of experience in high end custom home builds, with great attention to detail, having worked in a Project Manager role previously.
- Deep knowledge of residential construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Strong ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager for a high end residential custom home builder.
- Good understanding of modern residential construction.
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
