Earn $35.99/hour $7,500/yearly mileage stipendPosition DescriptionThe RN is a vital member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The RN provides medication management, medication education, crisis intervention, medication administration to consumers of the ACT Team. The RN is also responsible for following the orders of the team's prescribers to ensure the members are receiving adequate treatment and interventions. RNs assist with PCP and other medical specialty coordination to ensure the members needs are being met. The RN assist with assessment and the development of the person-centered treatment plan. This is community- based work.
