We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Molding Machine Operator roles on a variety of shifts.
Compensation for these contract opportunities is $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested?

What you’ll do as the Molding Machine Operator :
- Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructions
- Review work orders
- Operate press to produce molded parts
- Follow operator instructions for the specific part criteria
- Perform quality checks and any required SPC as directed by team leader
- Visually inspect each molded part
- Clip, trim, and pack molded parts into boxes
- Complete any task that is asked of you by your Team Leader or Supervisor
- Advise the next operator of any information about press or molded parts
- Follow all safety guidelines, rules, and written work procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What you need to be a Molding Machine Operator :
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of measuring tools
- Basic math skills
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is helpful #WorkNow
