Position: Sales Operations Manager (AKA Sales Operations Guru)
We're looking for kick-butt Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team plus oversee operations within the Sales Department. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment w/ low structure and no stuffy dress code, this could be you! Did we mention…no travel needed!

What You'll Do:
Sales Management
· Support and guide a team of 20 sales professionals
· Answer technical and process questions from the team
· Develop engaging content for weekly sales meetings
· Handle elevated customer complaints with professionalism and care
· Resolve internal team disputes and manage cancellations/returns
· Provide monthly and quarterly KPI reports and employee reviews
· Oversee phone tracking systems to ensure optimal performance
· Set monthly sales goals and coach the team to achieve them
· Conduct effective sales training sessions
· Hold the team accountable to company standards
Sales Analysis
· Approve or reject sales requests and purchase orders
· Analyze deal margins and develop strategic approaches
· Use KPIs for data-driven decision making
Front Office Management
· Oversee the office manager and administrative team
· Resolve vendor, shipping, and inventory issues
· Identify and implement process improvements
· Lead projects from start to finish
Pricelist & Manuals
· Conduct competitor pricing analysis
· Ensure accuracy and conformity of price lists
· Collaborate with marketing on owner’s manuals
Vendor Relationships
· Work with purchasing on forecasting and pricing
· Mediate between vendors and office staff
· Collaborate with sales on warranty/return items
Inventory Management
· Partner with purchasing for accurate forecasting
· Use predictive analytics to manage inventory
· Share inventory insights across the organization
Freight & Shipping
· Collaborate with shipping partners to minimize damage/loss
· Ensure shipping data accuracy and timeliness
Continuous Improvement
· Identify areas for organizational improvement
· Use quality methodologies to address potential issues
Financing
· Serve as the main contact for financing programs
· Ensure compliance with FDIC regulations
· Handle customer financing issues
Information Management
· Manage the ‘Issue Tracker’ to identify trends
· Communicate pricing changes and market insights
· Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns
· Implement and communicate strategic initiatives
