Job Title: Accounts Receivable and Report Generation Specialist (Mid-Level)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Report Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in Accounts Receivable and Report Generation and be able to handle a wide variety of tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, generating reports, and providing customer service. Seeing trends and opportunities in the data will help build the success and retention we experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of all payments
- Generate accurate and timely reports on accounts receivable
- Monitor customer accounts for any discrepancies or issues
- Process customer payments and handle any customer inquiries
- Prepare and send out customer invoices
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments in writing and phone
- Reconcile accounts receivable to the general ledger
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Report Generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software like quickbooks
