We seeking a Survey Crew Chief/Party Chief. Salary will be 80-100K, may flex to 105K plus. Offering full health benefits, 401K with matching and profit sharing. Matching dollar for dollar up to 3% and 0.50 cents on the dollar up to 5% with matching starting right away.
- Project Planning: Organize and plan survey projects, determining resource needs and schedules.
- Field Operations: Lead survey crews in conducting boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys using total stations, GPS devices, and levels.
- Data Management: Ensure accuracy and quality of survey data through precise data collection and verification.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, sketches, and maps based on survey data.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per hour
