Foster Lawson are partnered with a multi-billion-dollar player in the Packaging space, who are looking to add a Plant Controller to their team in Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will have had Plant Controller experience, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in providing cost analysis results.
• Performs variance analysis between actual and planned/standard costs.
• Provides financial representation in leadership team meetings and other special purpose meetings, as needed.
• Monitors the transportation and delivery of inter/intraplant parts and outbound finished products.
• Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
• Participates in productivity improvement proposals and any other factory and warehouse studies.
• Performs a detailed review of all capital expenditures submitted for approval to determine financial reasonableness.
• Prepares the facility annual budget, setting the annual standard costs and preparation of the annual strategic plan for the facility.
• Coordinates the preparation of financial and non-financial reports.
• Identify potential improvements in cost effectiveness and to make proposals to the appropriate parties.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of accounting experience in a Manufacturing setting
• 5 years as a Plant Controller or higher
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Masters Degree preferred
