**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants. **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, plumbing repairs, and electrical fixes - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs - Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Fabricate parts or components as needed using mechanical knowledge - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders **Requirements:** - Proven experience in facilities maintenance with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems - Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers - Strong knowledge of residential painting techniques - Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team - Prior experience supervising maintenance staff is a plus If you are a dedicated Maintenance Person with a passion for ensuring operational efficiency through effective maintenance practices, we encourage you to apply.
