 Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team at Phenom People. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our AI-powered recruitment platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, and prioritize features to deliver a world-class product.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and sales teams to gather requirements and develop product features
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement

QualificationsWork Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR technology or recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field

Required
  • Experience building SaaS products, building and managing API gateway, drive adoptions, customer development and storying telling and version setting skills.
  • Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools
  • Storytelling and vision setting skills
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
  • Knowledge of the recruiting/talent acquisition industry
  • Experience working with international teams (sales, designers, and development)
  • Experience at a startup/fast paced environment with extreme multitasking
  • Background in or experience with project/product management
  • Experience managing enterprise platforms that enable a suite of products
  • Experience building self-serve tools that simplify technical configuration and implementation process
  • 8 years of relevant industry work experience
