Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals

- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR technology or recruitment industry

- Experience building SaaS products, building and managing API gateway, drive adoptions, customer development and storying telling and version setting skills.
- Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools

- Knowledge of the recruiting/talent acquisition industry

- Experience building self-serve tools that simplify technical configuration and implementation process
- 8 years of relevant industry work experience
