Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team! This role is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources in the efficient operation of the human resources department, including payroll coordination.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…
- Coordinate the hiring process by placing job postings internally and externally, screening applicants, sending offers, and more.
- Prepare the bi-weekly payroll, utilizing an automated payroll system, and maintain relevant records.
- Oversee the company-wide training platform and update training plans as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of New Hire Orientation.
- Assist with the Diversity & Inclusion Committee initiatives.
- Attend local job fairs and represent the community.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with respect to HR and payroll functions.

- Are detail oriented and have an eye for accuracy.
- Can organize and prioritize different responsibilities.
- Can communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
- Have experience with Microsoft Office.
- Have obtained a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent [preferred].
- Are knowledgeable of an HRIS system [preferred].
