Join our team as a full-time Quality Manager at our second-generation, family owned and operated flexible packaging company in Ames, Iowa.

Example Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct process and product inspections and audits
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Train staff on quality standards and practices
- Maintain documentation of quality activities and reports
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing quality assurance or quality management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in flexographic printing
