They are a savvy negotiator adept at building and continuing to grow successful business partnerships. Must be highly motivated with problem-solving acumen and the ability to multitask and prioritize to hit sales targets and achieve goals. This person will work towards our goal of maximizing sales in their assigned area and building client relationships with each account.
This role will cover Western/Central MA Duties/Responsibilities
  • Manage and schedule in-store promotions and events
  • Collect sales and promotions data
  • Achieve assigned sales goals
  • Negotiate effectively to enable wins for both the organization and business partners
  • Point of contact for all stores
  • Analyze and create market strategies
  • Reporting of territory data and demand
  • Setting up in store promotion activations and bud tender educations
  • Road warrior - frequent customer visits and sales calls
Qualifications
  • High interactive and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage 60-80 customer accounts at one time
  • Ability to use data analytics to increase market share
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Familiarity with Outfield CRM is a plus
  • A strong understanding of A/R
Education And Experience
  • 3 years in an outside sales role with proven track record of growth
  • 3 years in professional cannabis sales
