Rosario Assisted Living is currently seeking a scheduler who takes pleasure in interacting with people and aims to provide a positive experience for everyone they meet. We are committed to working diligently while enjoying our time! Rosario is home to 75 residents across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. The ideal candidate will have experience fostering a warm and vibrant atmosphere for the residents of a senior living community.

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

• Creating and managing the monthly schedule for nursing assistants, ensuring all shifts are covered and arranging replacements for any sick calls, this will include working the floor if coverage isn't found.
• Performing various administrative tasks as needed.
• Engaging with staff, residents, and their families.
• Handling phone calls.
• Coordinating visitations, including screening and tracking visitors.
• Supporting nursing staff with non-clinical duties, aiding in admissions, and responding to call lights.
• Assisting with the ordering and restocking of supplies.
• Managing the on-call phone 24/7.
