Citadel Access Solutions is a rapidly growing company focused on acquiring and growing Perimeter Access Control and overhead door companies in the United States. Citadel is backed by a substantial private equity partner with a long history of successful investments in similar industries. This is an opportunity to be a General Manager at one of Citadel’s partner brands California Gate & Entry Systems.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the location’s day-to-day operations; the person is the ‘sunrise and sunset’ for the entire business. The individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create an amazing workplace culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same (In addition to full P&L ownership). 

Responsibilities:

1. Full P&L ownership
2. Driving organic growth through hiring, training, motivating, and retaining great technicians.
3. Build a culture of engaged individuals who strive to succeed as a team.
4. Build a market-leading brand through a strategic focus on customer experience, reviews, and community engagement.
5. Implement financial reporting, software systems, and data.
6. Continue to manage to a highly profitable level at the brand.
7. Regularly communicate and collaborate with the Citadel executive leadership team and at partner brands.

You will hold the Basic Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of P&L Management
2. 1-3 years of Sales & Marketing Management
3. 1-3 years of Transformation/Change Management leadership experience and/or project leadership
4. 10 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Commercial gate or other field services management experience

What You’ll Get:

Base Salary: $150,000 – 200,000 plus bonus opportunity and possibly equity.
