Job Description
The nanny will be responsible for picking the children up from school, preparing a snack, helping with homework, feeding the children dinner, and caring for the children until bedtime.
If the nanny chooses to, they can come in early and help with household tasks like loading/unloading the dishwasher, vacuuming, laundry, etc.

-Values education
-Open to learning about Type 1 diabetes and comfortable monitoring the child's glucose levels
-The family is open to a nanny that would need to bring their child to work.
-The family is hoping for a long-term relationship that mirrors they values they instill in their children. Ideally the nanny would stay with them through middle school.
Benefits and Pay
The family will provide 3 PTO days that can be used for vacation, sick or personal days.
The following 6 Holidays will be paid if they land on the nannies scheduled work days:
Memorial Day

Thanksgiving

Applicant Requirements
-Minimum of 4 years of professional nanny experience
-Up to date on CPR and First Aid certification
-3 Professional references
-Must be fully vaccinated against the Flu, Covid and Tdap
-Able to pass a background check and drug test
Schedule
3:30pm-8pm Wednesday and Thursday OR 12pm-8pm with household tasks during the 12-3pm timeframe.
Occasionally Monday 4:30am-8:30am (When dad is traveling for work). This is not a requirement, but available if the nanny would like to pick up the extra hours.

Dad tells the boys they can tell him anything. Dad prioritizes open communication, respect, and support with the boys, fostering a positive and nurturing environment for the children to thrive. Discipline is approached fairly and constructively, with an emphasis on positive reinforcement and effective communication. Dad is committed to continuing to create a safe and stable environment for the children. Dad is working to build secure attachment. Apologizes for his mistakes and the children already know he's not perfect. He takes responsibility when he gets unnecessarily frustrated or issues a disproportionate response.

Dad is a hard worker, who values responsibility and honesty, especially when we take ownership of our choices and lives. Dad works hard so he can play harder. I expect respect and politeness so long as I'm being respectful and polite. I'm a dedicated father, interested in the day to day in addition to the bigger picture.
Mom is reserved, but friendly. Competitive, and achieving. Determined and gritty.
Get to Know the Children
B6 is a curious boy who loves to ask questions. He loves science, nature, sports, and building things. He's on a T-ball team but also loves to play soccer, basketball and toss a football.
He enjoys coloring, photography, and making Lego creations. He's a respectful big brother, is very polite, and has an impressive food palette.
B3 is a warm, playful and empathetic little boy that's always been a big boy at heart. He's a bit guarded at first, but once he opens up, he's very social. He loves playing sports like his big brother, is also a great eater, and is especially fond of the Cincinnati Bengals. B3 has Type 1 diabetes and uses a continuous glucose monitor with an insulin pump. A remote is used to administer insulin for his snacks and meals. The parents will teach you how to do this, they also receive live alerts on their phone.
