- Enter marketing and product management information into company operating system including the assigning of UPCs and entering them into the operating system.
- Maintain accurate and current product information (dimensions, container quantities) on sales materials and in operating system.
- Move product samples throughout the organization. This may require spending time in the warehouse and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Manage sales sample tracking with the sales department.
- Respond to customer specific requests from Sales department and assist with shopping and maintenance of matrix.
- Coordinate marketing activities related to the launch and maintenance of the product line (packaging, die lines, artwork, copy writing, proofreading, reviewing, collateral materials, website maintenance, sales bulletins, product samples)
- Labels, posts and delivers mailings and shipments.
- Help schedule multiple developmental meetings, ensuring correct people, samples and paperwork are available.
- Help with replacement parts maintenance and carry forward products.
- Support personnel in professional fashion.
- Keep management informed of any area activities and of any issues. Attend meetings and participate in meetings.
- Ensure that work area is clean, secure and well maintained.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
- 1 years prior work experience in marketing or administrative role.
- Working knowledge of consumer goods marketing and sales practices and basic knowledge of product development cycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Analytical approach to solving problems. Also will maintain accuracy, especially through data entry and communication with colleagues and third-parties.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required; employer sponsorship for employment-based visa status is not available for this position.
- This is not a remote position.
