Responsibilities: 30 hours/week Ensure incoming new patient leads are responded to in a timely manner Oversee referring doctor relationships and monthly gifting Assists in digital content for social media platforms and digital advertising Coordinate community event preparation and execution to bring in new patients Support practices in-office marketing efforts along with handling inventory Perform all other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team setting Able to solve issues and problems creatively Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with team members and external contacts at all levels Well-developed written and oral communication skills Ability to manage several projects simultaneously Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred Minimum of 1 yr experience in outside business-to-business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record of success, 2 years preferred Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
