Salary: $20-23 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 389-unit residential apartment community located in Annandale, Virginia (Fairmont Gardens).
Requirements:
-
A minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training in apartment maintenance is preferred.

General Knowledge of Maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting and appliance repair.

Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance.

Good written and verbal communication skills are required.

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
-
Cover on-call emergencies.
-
Must have some tools as well as reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
