WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Accurately and efficiently process cash applications, ensuring posting and allocation of funds.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and effectively implement operational enhancements.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures regarding cash application.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external individuals and teams.
- Experience in cash application is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in using software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
