Ballantine, Inc. (a division of U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC), located in Anoka, MN, is a leading distributor and manufacturer of ground-engaging products for the construction industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

Receive incoming shipments from suppliers, inspect for damage, verify the part number and quantity match the purchase order.

Notify the purchasing manager of any discrepancies.

• Confirm there is room for the product in the bin location prior to receiving the product in QAD.
• Verify production work orders match the finished product prior to backflush in QAD.
• Backflush work orders and put product away.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and ship small UPS orders.
• Maintains and organizes inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Operates forklift to move product to proper storage area.
• Assists in cycle counts to ensure 2 full cycle counts are conducted each year.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Help in other departments throughout the warehouse as needed.

Requirements :

• Must have a minimum of 5 years warehouse experience in shipping / receiving.
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be able to drive a forklift.
