Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet store targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. Budget Management

  • Control budgets, optimize expenses, and maintain financial health.

3. People Management
