Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets, providing vital financial data to the management team.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to standard requirements to maintain financial transparency and compliance.
- Create and implement new processes to improve financial efficiency, optimizing the current accounting programs and reporting tools.
- Report analysis and findings to the management team, providing clear and concise financial insights for business decision-making.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Maintain the General Ledger and make necessary adjustments through journal entries.
- Handle Month End Close activities, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded within the given timeline.
- Utilize various accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline accounting processes and reporting.
