Job Title: Tool and Die Maker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and repairing precision molds and dies used in the injection molding process. As a Tool and Die Maker, you will work with a variety of machinery and equipment to create high-quality tools that meet our manufacturing needs.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain equipment to produce parts
- Program and operate CNC machines for tool production
- Operate milling machines and lathes to fabricate components
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tooling issues
- Inspect tools using precision measuring instruments
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D model and schematics to build accurate tools
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role
- Experience with CNC programming and operation
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools used in toolmaking
- Knowledge of operating milling machines, surface grinders and lathes
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
- Interpretation skills for engineering drawings and schematics

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
